Another policy details the use of district bathrooms or locker rooms. Students may only access multi-user facilities, such as a locker room or multi-stall bathroom, based on their biological sex.
Waiting for a lot of unequal treatment with the implementation of this “only your proper name” policy. Lots of Jimmys and Bobs gonna get caught in the crossfire here. It’s so very extreme as a stupid and punitive policy, I think even some anti-trans bigots are going to start feeling icky about this sort of thing and the implications. I find these weird school policies not just offensive, but bizarre and fraught with obvious impending unintended consequences based on some people’s psychological sex hangups and propagandized hysteria. The only way to handle people hysterical over trans people existing is to point out how bizarre it is for grown adults to be fixated on the genitalia of random kids, or even just so interested in the medical concerns of other people.
