We shouldn’t have to constantly be resilient and resourceful. The people in charge need to be more prepared for climate change. This type of “once in 100 years flood” EVERY DAMN YEAR should not be unexpected at this point. They need to stop with the climate denial and stop saying “once in a century” all the damn time.
