I read a bulk of the Pennsylvania lawsuit against the federal government.

I’ll post a cleaned up transcript at a later time – the auto transcript available on the tab contains erorrs, and I’m sorry I haven’t had the chance to fix things yet. Thanks for your patience.

Commonwealth of Pennsylvania The Governor. Over two weeks ago, the Trump Administration issued a directive freezing federal dollars that were legally appropriated by Congress to states. That funding is committed to serious needs, like reclaiming abandoned minelands to prevent sinkholes, plugging orphaned and abandoned wells, helping lower consumers' utility bills, and more. Since the funding freeze, multiple federal judges have ordered the Trump Administration to restore access to the funding Pennsylvania was promised under the law, but they still haven't done so. Despite working with our federal delegation to try and restore access, state agencies remain locked out of critical dollars. To protect Pennsylvania's interests and the funding appropriated to us by Congress, I'm left with no choice but to pursue legal action to defend our Commonwealth. Governor Josh Shapiro
