The medbed thing is tied to the “quantum” craze & UFOs as climate contrarianism conspiracy theories about alien technology that will soon provide limitless energy that will solve climate change.

The anti-vax team at the central government.
This is what I found over a year ago on the doctor Jordan Vaughn who’s now on the CDC ACIP working group as a “subject matter expert”
The supplement boom is based in shoddy science, or no real science at all.
Because so often the online marketing of supplements and various wellness products involves linking to a study that doesn’t back up their claims at all, but nobody ever clicks through so they get away with fraudulent appeal to authority.
The marketing of health products based on prelim studies.
I’ve seen a pattern over the years where products are already on the market, and sometimes even being marketed online especially on social media, and the only evidence anyone points to is some preliminary study that’s inconclusive but “promising”.
If something is “drug free” it can’t treat anything, because if it can treat something, it’s a drug. That’s how words work.
That’s the definition of a drug, it treats disease, in the dictionary and legally. But companies use this line of something being “drug free” in order to try to openly skirt the law.
When something is sold with a “trick” to get around safety regulations, that’s a big red flag.
There are tons of supplements sold with this trick, where they have influencers and mommy bloggers, and accounts that seem like randos on social media, making the claims, even when the label on the bottles say something else, something serious, because there’s a rule to try to protect people.
A Lyme Disease vaccine was stopped by people tricked by anti-vax propaganda.
But we’re not going to learn from that I guess and just do it again with Long Covid.
HBOT (hyperbaric oxygen therapy) is a dangerous unproven treatment sold dubiously for a lot of things.
I keep seeing it dangerously promoted for covid complications
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) is a well-known quackery service promoted for various diseases which have no cure.
There’s a reason that this is promoted for diseases with no cure – people are desperate and therefore vulnerable and easier to exploit.
RFKJr is a menace to public health & science.
“While Kennedy has a long history of promoting anti-vaccine conspiracy theories, he has not explicitly promoted chlorine dioxide as a treatment. However, in January, during his Senate confirmation hearing, he referenced chlorine dioxide while praising Trump for “looking at all of the different remedies” for Covid…”
RFKJr is replacing the vaccine committee with anti-vax pandemic denier cranks.
After sacking the entire vaccine committee, RFKJr announced with whom he intends to replace them, and they’re lots of anti-vax Great Barrington Declaration MAGA Qanon types.
If you “agree with” any of MAHA you’re signing onto eugenics.
MAHA is a movement involving anti-vax eugenicist principles. Even if you can pick out one little part of it that sounds ok, do you really want to sign on to the stink of eugenics?
Free market capitalist Republicans… oh wait – they want to deny your choice of dental health too.
I hope everybody understands now that this was never about choice.
Maybe a lot of stuff called AI can be called just another quack pseudoscience snake oil.
Pseudoscience pushing unproven medical remedies and health treatments with no basis also usually has some “maybe in the future” assertion.
This David Grier person belongs nowhere near the health records of anyone.
The data mining that RFKJr wants to do with the health insurance records of Americans is going to go to a guy who chemically castrated autistic children and called it treatment.
MAGA is actually still obsessed with covid.
And the reason I know MAGA is actually fixated on covid is because I occasionally watch right-wing MAGA videos by far right pundits and various right-wing content creators, to find out what they’re saying for myself.
Peddling false cures is nothing new.
It’s perhaps not surprising that a lot of bogus and iffy claims get repurposed for various diseases, including Long Covid.
Lots of people get health misinformation from Joe Rogan.
Dr. Wilson of Debunk The Funk listened to the interview with Suzanne Humphries and oh my is there a lot to debunk.
Anyone citing pandemic profiteering anonymous accounts on the app formerly known as twitter should stop.
Anonymous covid influencer accounts on “X” (twitter) who post affiliate links to bogus & junk covid products should be dumped as information sources of any kind.
Jay Bhattacharya is unqualified to lead the NIH — still promoting bogus covid cures in 2024
This person must not be installed in a position where he will jeopardize the health of Americans with his fringe pseudoscience ideas.
Ohio wants to force doctors to give quack cure to kids with covid.
The knock on effects of this would probably be many and very problematic.
