The Public Health Emergency Declaration was always a Sword of Damocles. Right from the start, the big money right wingers and fossil fuel interests wanted to put a stop to any and all disaster response now and for all time, to trick people into pretending it’s not happening so they keep spending fuel and money. And we continue to be tricked.
