I thought it was obvious why Joe Biden’s pardon of Hunter Biden immediately followed the announcement of Kash Patel being appointed to the FBI.
This is not provocative or an odd theory – it’s obvious. How is it not obvious to everyone?
Spytalk – The Odd Linkage of Kash Patel and Hunter Biden – How Trump’s pick of the MAGA zealot to head the FBI may have spurred Biden’s decision to pardon his son– and potentially many more members of the “Deep State” Michael Isikoff Dec 06, 2024 IT WAS ON A SATURDAY NIGHT—when most journalists were off the clock—that President-elect Trump dropped a political bombshell. He announced on Truth Social that he planned to nominate a fierce and uncompromising MAGA loyalist, Kash Patel, to be the next director of the FBI. Then the very next night, President Biden dropped his own bombshell, revealing that he planned a sweeping pardon for his son Hunter that freed him from being sentenced for gun charges in Delaware and felony tax evasion in Los Angeles. Both disclosures kicked off enormous controversy. In Trump’s case, it was for tapping a conspiracy-obsessed political brawler to head what is arguably the most sensitive and powerful agency in the United States. In Biden’s case, it was for breaking his word that he would respect the judicial process and not pardon his son. But what if those two seemingly disparate events were actually connected? That’s the provocative theory of Garrett Graff, a historian and journalist who has meticulously chronicled the FBI’s successes and failures over the years.
I guess people really aren’t familiar with Kash Patel and how he figures into the Qanon MAGAspehre? Did people think there would only be violence planned if they lost? Did people not realize that winning actually makes the violence more likely? People get emboldened when they feel they have the backing of state sanction.
Emboldened ‘manosphere’ accelerates threats and demeaning language toward women after US election By CHRISTINE FERNANDO Updated 11:10 AM EST, November 30, 2024 Isabelle Frances-Wright, director of technology and society at the Institute for Strategic Dialogue, a think tank focusing on polarization and extremism, said she had seen a “very large uptick in a number of types of misogynistic rhetoric immediately after the election,” including some “extremely violent misogyny.” “I think many progressive women have been shocked by how quickly and aggressively this rhetoric has gained traction,” she said. The phrase “Your body, my choice” has been largely attributed to a post on the social platform X from Nick Fuentes, a Holocaust-denying white nationalist and far-right internet personality who dined at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago club in Florida two years ago.
In the wake of the election in 2016 I witnessed harassment in person.
BBC – ‘Trump effect’ led to hate crime surge, report finds – Published 29 November 2016 In their report, Ten Days After, they report finding hundreds of cases of attacks against minorities – including instances of violence and intimidation – some of which they directly link to the surprise Trump victory on 8 November. “An awful lot of these crimes are directly linked to the Trump campaign in the sense that graffiti was left or words were shouted that directly invoked Trump,” Senior SPLC fellow Mark Potok told the BBC.
Maybe President Joe Biden should pardon everyone on these shitlists the right-wing weirdos publicly talked about. Oh did you know they’re planning to deputize anti-vaxxers at the county level to go raid the houses of people in public health and democrats? There’s at least 300 people on one list that I heard about.
Are they really planning an anti-vax military retiree interahamwe in America? If the far right wrests power, the best case scenario is that possibly medical technology gets shelved and masks and vaccines are maybe banned. The worst case scenario is… worse. Chloe Humbert May 28, 2024 Raiklin claims ex-military people who are resentful toward the vaccines are expecting to be deputized by local county officials in order to, he said, “conduct live streamed swatting raids of every single person that we can identify that conducted the necessary unlawful activity by county on my deep state target list”
We all know that every accusation is a confession.
There are known patterns to these types of regimes and their methods. They often start with show trials of people who’ve already been made scapegoats and the center of targeting. Did everyone forget the whole “Hunter Biden’s laptop” conspiracy theory extravaganza? The people eating that stuff up haven’t forgotten. It’s a great way to divert attention while things that are less popular are pushed through.
And these types of things never stay confined to an official hit list. When the killing starts, the people given this type of power often feel emboldened to go after their own targets for whatever reason. Jill D. Rutaremara described this in a naval academy masters thesis – there were varied motivations and catalysts for killings by and of ordinary people in 1994 Rwanda. Americans would maybe benefit from reading Leave None To Tell The Story by Allison Des Forges.
Tech tycoon guru reveals the Accusation in a Mirror of conservative pandemic rhetoric. Curtis Yarvin is reportedly a guru to tech tycoons and their acolytes like JD Vance, and he articulated that the aristocrat revolution should involve pandemic-type measures. Chloe Humbert Oct 21, 2024 Curtis Yarvin: “At most a week of Covid-style lockdown should be enough to secure the new regime—not only are the Americans of today, especially the blue-state ones, no Minutemen, but unlike most historical urban populations they do not even know how to be a mob.”
Accusation in Mirror is the technical term for “Every accusation is a confession” by the way.
Elite Panic is a known thing. Elites always seem to prioritize controlling the public over protecting the public.
And anyone saying “you’re going to give Trump ammunition” about anything needs to stop, and not be trusted. Are people really still that clueless and naive? Or do they know what they’re saying is stupid and they’re just trying to gaslight the rest of us into not posing opposition? Legit question here.
And if Republicans criticize something, WHO GIVES A SHIT? Mike Flynn & Roger Stone celebrated their Donald Trump pardons.
Biden To SCREW OVER TRUMP by Preemptively Pardoning Trump’s List Of Enemies!!! – Jesse Dollemore – Dec 6, 2024 White House officials however are carefully weighing the extraordinary step of handing out blanket pardons to those who’ve committed no crimes both because it could suggest impropriety only fueling Trump’s criticisms and because those offered preemptive pardons may reject them – well leave that to them to reject a preemptive pardon and two who gives a single shit about what Donald Trump is going to criticize or complain about they’re going to do that if they don’t issue the pardons just issue the pardons.
Who really cares about propriety when things are this much of a mess? These people are rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic with this norms stuff. Issue the pardons, don’t issue the pardons. Does any of this even matter? Maybe it will to someone who can’t leave the country? Of course the Trump administration is going to do bad things. There’s no question about that.
People are so fed up with the healthcare system people are arguing about whether it’s ok to not be sad, or maybe even being sanguine about, the obituary of a healthcare industry boss. Can’t help but notice that the civility police, and tone policing, only ever comes after those with little to no power. Those with lots of power, and conduits to power, always can say whatever the hell they want, and apparently are mostly ignored as in-your-face impropriety is often officially sanctioned. But people being essentially psychologically tortured and physically harmed by health insurance companies and saying “please stop hurting us” are attacked with DARVO tactics and even told not to be harsh. We’re always told to mind our betters, of course. Meanwhile the future FBI director has articulated plans with the full power of state violence for going after people he has grudges against based on conspiracy theories and weird whacky shit, but hey — that’s official!
It’s all connected.
Here’s White House Contact Page, it’s not too late to send a letter to Joe Biden:

Update Dec 10 2024: here’s another bit about this, including a video of Kash Patel talking:
