U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi announces dismissal of charges against plastic surgeon accused of faking COVID-19 vaccine cards By July 12, 2025 / 3:36 PM EDT / CBS News Moore, his medical corporation and three co-defendants were accused of allegedly destroying more than $28,000 worth of government-provided COVID-19 vaccines and distributing at least 1,937 falsely marked COVID-19 doses on vaccine cards in exchange for direct cash payments or donations to a charitable organization. Moore pleaded not guilty to the charges, while one of his co-defendants entered into a plea agreement for a misdemeanor charge and another co-defendant entered into a diversion agreement. One co-defendant is currently on trial with Moore. A Justice Department spokesperson did not respond to questions on whether or not the charges against them would be dropped as well.
This occurred in Utah, and sadly there are those in high levels of power in the Utah state government who approve of doctors breaking the law and destroying taxpayer funded and live saving medications.
My letter to reps:
It’s immoral that the cosmetic surgeon who destroyed taxpayer funded vaccines should be allowed to escape legal proceedings by demand of the Trump administration. This sets an abhorrent precedent since there are some doctors who don’t believe in cancer treatments, or don’t agree with treating sick children because they believe they should die for the sake of some eugenics ideas. Are those people going to be allowed to destroy medicine too? We need to protect vaccines, which protect the lives of people in our communities. People who matter. People like me.
